No high beams

could it be a bad auto-headlight module? I also pulled the 3 DRL relays under the hood (one at a time), and this did not seem to fix it.
It also seems the running/marker lights are staying on, even in the daylight. I will double check tomorrow though. The parking brake also seems to not affect the DRL function either.

same problem, fixed
Checked and replaced all possible fuses, pulled steering column cover off and checked all wires to dimmer switch, everything looked fine. Pulled bulbs out, they look ok, but checked wiring for bulb, and it was ok too. I swapped a bulb with one I knew was good and it works now. Turns out that I blew both high beams simultaneously, what are the odds? I feel like I should go play the lottery now.
But, I hope that doesn't mean there's something else wrong that made them both blow at once...

Ok, well, I think I need the switch still.
I get power to the light on low beam but not on high, and when I switch it back and forth from high to low to high again it sounds like the contactor is messed up inside. Not the normal noise I am used to them making. Any Ideas before I drop $96 on one?
Thanks

Wooohooo!
Thanks! Fuse #35 w/20 amp was the problem on mine, it wasn't bad but I cleaned the contacts on the fuse with sandpaper and stuck it back in there and wala! I have brights I can't believe I tore the steering consle apart and dissected the multifunction blinker switch to figure out lATER it was a dirty fuse....
Thanks Gunner for the great advice this worked like a charm!

So, let's recap:
1) your low beams work correctly.
2) BOTH of your high beams do not work, but your low beams turn off when you turn your brights on.
3) your "momentary" high beams do not work.
4) no fuses are blown.
This really narrows down your problem to a connector or broken wire. You don't have a short to ground, and the problem is somewhere between connector C202a and the place where the power wire to the high beams splits S113.
Time to get the volt meter out!!
I would start by pulling fuse 30 (or the equivalent for your year) and test for 12v at the fuse socket when you turn the brights on. If you get power you have narrowed the problem down to somewhere between C270h and S113. If no power then the problem is between C202a and C270b.
If you get power at fuse 30, try replacing it (just for giggles). I have had fuses go bad but still look good.

I am having the same problem. Low beams work, flash to pass nothing comes on, high beams clicked forward give me nothing, no dash light.
Have no power at fuse 30 when high beams switched 'on', and when I disconnected plug at multifunction switch, 2 terminals were burned out. I rewired them with new terminals but still no luck. Everything else in the multifunction switch works, any idea where this problem could lie?

I know this is an older thread but someone added to it no that long ago so maybe I can get some input. 2004 Excursion US truck, no high beams
Low beams work, power to the connector 12v both bulbs. Flash to pass works power to both high and low pins when pulled. All fuses are good checked with meter. When high beam is activated MFS pushed forward power to the fuse but no power to the pin on the light connector when the flash to pass is pulled power to the fuse and power to the pin at the bulb and in both instances the high beam light on the dash comes on.
I assume power flows through the multifunction switch to the fuse then from there out to the light through the main harness. Is my assumption of the power flow correct? If not is it the multifunction switch that is bad or any other ideas?
Anybody have the pin out for the multifunction switch so I can test it before replacing it?
