I am so hot (temperature, from the weather... as they say, you can not polish a turd).
Sorry to say, but I find this weather in the mid 90s a bit too much for me. Been trying to totally remodel the guest bathroom and this suxs. Plumbing and electrical completed... just laid the oak floor today (at least something got laid )
Tomorrow the plan is to sand and finish the floor and hang the sheet rock along with the initial mud and tape.
Thought about the Toto toilet but a little over 6 bills is a bit much with one in college and the other in grad school. I am the sugar daddy... kinda.
Wished I had put together a section of pvc pipe with little misters... and attache the hose for a cooling down. On the up side, I am having a nosh of Sangria with fresh fruit, a dash of brandy and ice.
Actually a little more than a nosh... went through a gallon of Sangria with a little help from the wife over the last three says. The Sangria sitting on the fresh fruit and splash of brandy mellowed out in the pitcher nicely.
It was 102 the other day when we were up-tower replacing a generator. Cutting the bazillion zip-ties in a space big enough for a small dog,,, all while up-side-down gave me a huge headache!!! Didn't know I would have to be a contortionist to keep my job!!
I don't know what I was thinking when I actually put make-up on in the morning,,, it just sweat all down my face before the first hour was up!!
Don't get me wrong,,, I don't mind being out of breath and sweating up a storm,,, but it should feel good too somewhere along the lines,,, right???
