thats the AE tool from what I have heard and seen its not a bad tool at all, but I have not used it.
I know it will not update the pcm,tcm and ficm though.

I belive Bill at php diesel can do it as well as some other venders. I just dont know what the turn around time would be.

But I had to send my parts in the US to make a update or something else? Is it required to make a update?
Hm, first I had to find the fault injector. I hate problems like this.
But I'm glad that you help me!

bill maybe able to send you a flash device I have read something about remote flashing with him.
once again I have never used his service. But I know he can do things of this nature.
you can try disconnectin the injecctor one at a time and check for a change. that may or may not work. but its something to try.

Hey, that's sound's good!
If nothing change I had found the faulty injector and if the engine runs worse I had disconnect a good injector.
But I still wait for a answer of Bill!
Sounds he is an expert for the Powerstroke!
Thank you again!

I try to understand the solutions in the Tech Folder, but I don't know, if my problem is the FICM because when the truck is warm everything is perfect.

How long does it takes until the electric starter, start the engine? Are 5 seconds normal???

Is there someone in this forum which deal with parts and ship the parts to Germany? I know rockauto, but I don't know if the prices and the quality is O.K.are

What is a good diagnostic tool? Better a tool which let me change some settings of the truck because in Germany there is no dealer which can do this on a US-Truck. I can't update the PCM or something else.

I have this tool!
U581 CAN BUS Code Reader OBDII / EOBD Live Data Scanner: eBay Motors (item 310240330299 end time Aug-19-10 21:00:28 PDT)
But this thing does not show any mistakes! But he truck runs very bad, so there must be an mistake in the computer???

Thank you for your help! And sorry for this bad english!

I ship all over the world, so if you need some OEM Ford parts i'm your guy.

Were you able to talk to Bill at PowerHungryPerformance.com (PHP)? I am running his tuned FICM and loving it. As cheezit said, he could possibly help w/ reflashing the computers by mailing them to him.

No, not until yet, because I want to do the thinks first, you wrote me. (Oil Filters)
The truck is new for me so I don't know if anyone of the preowners has installed any tuning in the truck. I hadn't seen anything under the hood.

Hi,

I'm in Switzerland if you need any help.

Are you close to Holland ? If yes, the main Ford dealer and specialist for US imports and for the 6.0L (they have 2 mecanics that know that engine inside out) is :

Ford Sietsma
NL - 8024 AB Zwolle
Tel. 0031/ 38.455.50.00
Service manager : Piet Panhaus

I hope this helps too.

Mike

Hi,

Actually I do but my German is certainly not as good as your English ! I'm in the Geneva area.

If Zwolle is only 150 km from you, I would strongly advise you to go to them, even have your truck serviced by them. It's going to be worth it for you, they are very efficient with the 6.0L and they even come to us once in a while to help us out with some of our problems. They are also the official US Ford dealer, they will be able to provide you with all the parts you need and they know the E-Series as well as the F-Series, even the 7.3L and the 6.4L ! I've heard that even people from France or the UK have gone over to them for help.

I also have a lot of parts in stock for the 7.3L and the 6.0L so even if Sietsma is short on some parts I've helped them out ! One way or another, you can get some good help. If you need anything specific just pm me.

Mike
