Exclamation Brake hose broke, need help

I recently bought a 93 f150 4.9 4x4. Its got 168k and is very rusted but it runs good and i really enjoy the truck.

Yesterday i was about to back out of the driveway and when i pushed to pedal in to go into reverse it went to the floor. When i got out and looked the drivers side brake hose fitting was so rusted it broke and the brake hose blew off under pressure.

I bought a new brake house and took the nuts off the old one with a line wrench but the female bracket wont come off. It seems like it is rusted to the frame. I put on PB blaster and chizzled most of the rusted retaining clip off and hammered on it but it wont budge a inch. Is this piece a part of the frame

How do i get this thing off???

Here are some pictures for reference.

Here is the new line for comparison

You might try heating it then pound it off. Worst case would be to drill a new hole next to the old one and install a new clip to hold it in place. From the looks of it you might as well start changing all the rest of the lines while you are at it.

I ended up using a mini butane torch to heat it up and then chipped away at the rust with a chizzle and hammer. Thanks for the help!
