You're going to spend 'big money' anyway getting a flawless interior from another truck.
Get together with a quality upholstery shop and you might be pleasantly surprised what it will cost to make your existing seats more comfortable.
I've gone this route with clients with their private jets for 3 decades, and it always costs a helluva lot less money to refurb what you have than to purchase new.

I will certainly look into it. I live on the coast so there are a TON of great shops here that deal with yachts, etc. Thanks!

big money

spending big money on upholstery will be way cheaper than 2011 seats plus fabbing them if needed.

Actually that's the console from a Harley F250. They are totally kickass! I got it as a set with the door panels too. Unfortunately the rear door panels don't fit. I recently got the Harley dash from an 06 but I haven't finished fixing the stereo mounting setup so I don't want to show it haha.

Upholstering with black alcantara would be pretty awesome.

Alcantara would definitely look good. I've always liked the idea of putting alcantara on the headliner, a, b, c, and d pillars, and the inserts of the seats. It would also look good on the dashboard and even the door panels although I think i would prefer leather on the majority of the dash board and door panels.

That sure would I've always liked the headliners from the large luxury sedans like the Audi A8, or Mercedes-Benz S-Class or any other luxury vehicle with a suede/alcantara headliner.

I'm going to assume this wouldn't be all that difficult to do since the 2011 SuperDuties share seats with the F-150...anyways, I would love to have the seats from a Raptor in an Excursion. I love bolstering on my seats and the Raptor's has a nice amount of that. New upholstery would of course be called for. Alcantara would go nicely in the middle sections on the seat top and bottom.

Thinking of getting a Raptor 6.2

If I do I'd consider putting Raptor seats in the Ex and racing seats in the Raptor

Do it just so you can report back on how the seats work in the Excursion
