WTB 53-65 Truck 223 4-spd bellhousing
Hello all,
I'm looking for a Ford 223 6-cylinder bellhousing to mount the medium-duty T-98 4-speed. I would prefer local pick-up in Ohio or surrounding states (don't want to ship cast iron bell).
The T-98 is a floor shift transmission with "T-98" on the top cover, under the gunk. It has the "granny" 1st gear and a wider bolt pattern than the light-duty 3-speed. It would usually be found in 1953-65 F-250, F350 & larger trucks. The 6-cylinder bells will NOT interchange with the Y-Block or HD truck bells.
I have 272/292 & 302/332 T-98 and 215/223 LD 3-spd belhousings to trade, or, of course, cash. I also have other '53-56 F-100 parts that I might trade: If you got the bell hit me with your wants/needs.
If your not sure which one you have, let me know and I'll help ID it.
Thank You,
Jim
