It does kind of.
The only thing I still have from that truck is the bug guard. A buddy of mine painted that for me and put the lettering on the inside so it would not take the abuse from the road debris. Still looks perfect to this day.

Bought a '75 F150 my senior year. Block was trash. Used it for storage. Bought my '77 F250 for my 18 birthday that year. It wasnt ready for a road trip so I went to college w/o it. Bought me a Bronco in college. Bought my '90 F150 less than a year later & while I was dating my future wife, I con'd her into helping me buy my '77 F100.

I got my 75 in 02 as my first when i was in high school, drove it everyday till 04 when i joined the military. I got stationed in New Jersey so I left the truck with my dad about a year ago i got stationed in Arizona, on my trip from NJ to AZ I went home transfered the titlte over into my name and took it to AZ where I drive it every day again.

I put one of those universal fit, flat slab bug guards on my 1st dent, a '77 F150. I painted the backside body color (dark green metallic). Seemed like every other truck on the road had those on them in those days. Later models were able to get nice formed ones that followed the hood contour.

Mine was a 74 f100 ranger xlt with all the options including the side tool box and original 460. My dad gave it to me when I was 16. The 460 blew.....then came the 360....which blew...then came a couple of 390s. In its current state it occupies many corners of the shop, but hopefully this winter it all comes back together. I have ditched the front suspension for an MII rack and pinion from fatman fab, along with a 4 link in the rear. The 460 will be back in, along with the c6 and a gear vendors od unit. I have kept it all these years, and taken quite a bit of teasing because I never quite get it finished. Still, I will never get rid of it because it has too much sentimental value.

I feel old, all you youngsters! ....before I bought my dent, I had a 1972 Vega, a 1967 Mustang Convertible, a 1969 Mustang Convertible, a 1976 Chevette, a 1978 Firebird with T-tops, a 1988 GMC S-15 Jimmy (biggest piece of **** ever), 1996 Toyota Tercel, 2004 Toyota Tacoma (still own, daily driver).
Then I wised up and got a dent.
Wish I still had the Mustangs, though...

I wish I didn't have the property at times, but I'm glad when I hear a story about landlords and some city rules.
Or doing all the work in a driveway listening to the neighbors complain, dodging the city ordinance guy.
Hats off to you folks dealing with stuff like that, the crew cab was fun to roll off the trailer, no brakes or seat BOLTS.
The big water hole under it was where the drop hitch dug in and promptly unloaded all the stuff in back, extra c-6xmsn/xfer case and 4spd and about broke my neck.
Sorry no mean to highjack thread.

My parents had a 79 Bronco when I was growing up and a buddys folks had a 79 F250 supercab with a 460 4sp. Man we wheeled the hell outta those things when we were younger! I didn't get my license till I was 19 and the first thing I bought was a typical brown 79 Lb 351 2wd. Woulda bought a 4x4 but I couldn't afford to replace the stuff we were breaking lol. Since then (mid 90's) I've had 10 or so other rides like a 77 half ton - pretty badass General Lee orange blacked out grill, black 79 sb mild 302, and my current and most favorite 78 supercab shortbed, powered by the 302 w/ aod outta my 84 T bird.
