Thumbs up Brake conversion 8X6.5 to 8X170mm

I need help with this. I have a 1988 (Ford <---- obviously) F-350 pick-up truck. It has the king pin knuckle dana 60 in the front and the 10.25" Sterling rear axle, 8X6.5" lug pattern. Here's what we wanta do: replace the rear 10.25" axle with a newer model 10.50", 8X170mm lug pattern with disc brakes and swap out the front hub & rotors on the front D60 to match the rear lug pattern. I don't want to perform a disc brake conversion on the existing rear axle. Q: besides matching the rear axle gear ratio to match the front D60, and a possible leaf spring perch re-location on the 10.5" rear axle, WHAT PARTS ARE NEEDED TO UPDATE THE FRONT D60 TO RUN THE 8 x 170MM BOLT PATTERN? Any notations or insertions from anyone at all would be most appreciated. Thanks. Steve
