looking at the rim's the center line is more like 5 inches .. 1/2 would be near flat.. and mine arn't..I don't know how to post pictures the ones I have were e-mailed to another fellow here and he put them up for me..this truck has some BIG break drums and a offset to get the tyre over themtomorrow we are going to start on doing the breaks ..and pull the gas tank it leak's.. and if all else fails I can sand blast the rim yto clean them up and check for problems ..they have lasted 50 years.. 20 more shouldn't be hard to do...

OK, Ken, this is what I found. All the 19.5s I found have either 3.5" of offset or 1/2" of offset, neither of which it appears will work for you. There are 17.5s with 4.75" of offset that would probably satisfy that aspect of the problem, but I don't know whether they'd clear your drums. Please keep in mind that a 17.5" tubeless is a much smaller wheel than a 17" tube type because the tubeless wheel's drop center isn't factored into the diameter measurement. Technically a 19.5" tubeless is the equal of a 17" tube type.
So I changed direction and started looking at lock ring wheels. They'd at least allow you to get rid of your RH-5° widowmakers. I found that IHC used both 17" and 20" lock ring wheels (the Goodyear LW split ring design) with your bolt pattern on their one ton Models R, S, A, and B 130/1300s back in the late '50s/early '60s. Both wheels were Budd products having 4.75" of dish. The 17" is Budd #63770 and the 20" is Budd #64250. Both will accept your 5/8" studs. Maybe focusing your search on IHC trucks will make life a little simpler. Stu

Just noticed this in case anyone down south is in need.
TIRES 8R19.5 LIKE NEW
I don't think this guy knows how to measure the bolt pattern, but anyone interested should make sure.

Those do look nice, and not a horrible price either.
