All you need is a switch for your second location. An extra router is overkill. Just run some burial rated cat6 and use gigabit switches/router.

Went out to my sister's new farm after Thanksgiving Dinner, brother and sister Ex's together, hers is a 2001 7.3L with about 350,000 miles.
