Memories of the dual m90's on a 302 Thunderbird come to mind... I left a bunch of m90 supercoupe stuff behind when I moved. Curious to see how this turns out!

Worked on my cummins swap a bit.

Mocked up mounts for the ford a/c compressor and alternator.
Power steering is all hooked up, just needs fluid.
Sorted out throttle cable, although I may need to limit pedal travel some. I used the stock v-10 throttle bracket and modded it. The cable itself is quite long, so there is a big loop I'll have to tuck away.
Swapped to the newer air horn (it looks better imo)
Moved the battery from the pass. side to the drivers. The stock tray was able to be flipped around and 2 of the 4 holes lined right up.
Shortened front driveshaft and installed it.
Loosely bolted in the rear shaft to see how short it is. Will need one 2" longer. Fun fact, I have an extended cab short bed super duty parts truck (wrecked it last fall) and its rear driveshaft is 2" longer than the Ex's. Win.
Cut a hole in the floor for the shifter. Turns out there is a hvac duct right there for I guess the second row floor vents which went in the trash can.
Mounted fuel filter and ran fuel line from it to the pump.

I paid the bill on my Expedition and brought it home to do more work before it was road ready again. Finished it up this evening and she's back in action! The Excursion can go back to resting now after a few days of Daily Driver duty again.

Took my X for emissions testing today. She passed with flying colors! Pretty proud that the diesel sniff test on opacity showed 2.6 out of the permissible 20.

Got any better pics of it? How fast will it go? How many people will it hold?

It's a zodiac yacht line 480 DL, specs show 9 passengers ( that would be tight).

I really just bought it for this trip, but after using it last few days I'm thinking add the GPS, Bimini Top and have speedo looked at. May just have to keep this one for a while. New engine now has 6 hours ...

I'll post more pics when I get back.

Still no GPS, but speedo reads 42 mph... So, looks like 50 would be wishful thinking....

Replaced my junk Rancho shocks with my new Bilstiens. While compressing the Rancho on the back to get the bolt out, it pissed fluid all over!It shouldn't do that after only a year! I guess now I know why it bottomed out easier than I thought it should!

Which Rancho's did you have? Have you tried contacting them for warranty?
