After all that you better have a few!

I washed the front end of mine the other day just to get the bugs off. Maybe I'll get the mid section another day and then the rear. lol

Both sides of the middle bench fold and slide forward with the seat latch. We've had 3 adults in the back on many occasions. It's tight but it works out just fine.

I think they were asking how people access the fourth row in that one.

I've seen that 4th row before. It's an aftermarket addition. Great idea, but eats into the storage area. And with seating for 10, you'll need every inch of storage you can get!

"Thanks honey, I'll get you later."

That 4th row does look like it is facing forward, good question how people are supposed to get back there. lol If it was closer I would go see it for sure. It is around a 2 hours drive away from me.

All settled in our new house (first time home owners, whoop!) and I finally have some time to play around in the garage so I decided to dig into some of the technical issues the Ex has had since I bought it. Always been curious what it would look like with the running boards removed, so off they came. Think I'm going to do a fun lighting upgrade while they are off and reseal off the housings since water puddles up pretty bad on mine. Or maybe try to find some of the newer super duty running boards to put on instead. Who knows.

Also decided to finally figure out which door was causing the dern door ajar light to be on all the time. After pulling off every door panel and removing the plug to the sensors one at a time I was able to weed out the left passenger door as the culprit. Pulling all the panels off also let me on to the fact that the nooks and crannies of the Ex are filled with dust and need to be cleaned up. Its like the previous owners parked the thing out in the desert. I think I will swap out all the door lock actuators and whatever window motors are having trouble while everything is apart. Even found one of the windows control switches dangling down in the door that I thought was missing.

And now that the door ajar light is resolved, I need to go figure out causes for the lights not coming on when doors are ajar (assuming previous owners disabled them), running lights not working, and trailer running lights not working (trailer brake lights are the only ones working). Going to look into fun interior lighting upgrades while I'm at all this. Maybe even the dash swap for more buttons and stuff.

Pics are after running board removal, a couple to show current condition of the rear hatch, a component of the door lock subsystem I found just hanging in the right passenger door, and the switch that ended up being the culprit for the door ajar light and is now unplugged (black plug, not the grey one).

My driver side seat has seen better days. Trying to decide if I should replace the foam or just replace the leather? Was going to order from TheSeatShop.com. Anyone recommend if the new foam is worth it?

I've been debating replacing my seat bottom cover, my foam is good as far as i can tell (still feels great) so that thought has not crossed my mind. I suppose if one was to be removing the seat and pulling it apart maybe it would be a good idea to do it all at once..

I am upgrading to the '05 headlights. The ones I got had the chrome housing, so I had to take it apart and paint the bezel inside. It has been a pain in the *** getting these damn things in there. I knew it required a lot of cutting....but DAMN. I wish I had a corded dremel, this battery is only lasting me about 20 min, then takes about 2 hrs to recharge.
