Daughter started kindergarten yesterday, today was her first bus ride. proud and sad day for a stay at home dad..

 

Me too! but you know how it is when you get a new toy...you have to play with it every waking moment. My plan is to get to the point i'm switching off every day, so F-150 on Monday, Ex Tuesday..ect ect like i did with the Expedition and Excursion.

Right now with the last few weeks of nice warm weather i've been trying to drive the Oldsmobile any nice day i can put the top down.

I've been using the bed in the pickup some and i just detailed the Excursion so i want to keep it clean.

I will say the 12.5 mpg on my daily commute is nice when i'm used to 8.5 mpg lol i'm still on the same tank of fuel in the Ex that i put in it July 27th.

 

Congrats Skip! it is a big day, next thing you know she'll be graduating!

I only have build pics of the OB right now. I am waiting on a nice sunny day to take it outside for good pics and hopefully see if it runs. The motor was locked up when I got it and had good spark after I worked it loose.

This is the one other good one I have before putting the front cover and stuff on. The camera flash makes the paint look plain and weird.

In some ways it seems like just last week my oldest started school. Alas, that was 25 years ago. Enjoy the youngens!!
