What did you do to the X today?

Interesting, did the eBay ad say how many miles were on the seats? My dad's F-450 seats are much firmer than my '02, but comparable to the '05. I guess the '02 just has more miles/use to soften up the foam.
The arm rest issue is a big deal for me personally. For where I put the seat (higher up), the console is much too low and away from me. Since I don't get to drive it much, when I do, I usually take a jacket or blanket and bunch it up between me and the console to simulate an arm rest. On the other hand, for whatever reason my dad likes the seat as far back and as low as he can, so he's content with where the console is at then.

That's a pretty good price. How many seats did you get for that? Just the front and console?

I've been so busy I forgot to do an update for yesterday.
I gave it a bath and shined it up nice, only for it to rain today. The water just beads right off of it, better than the black one, so at least it stays pretty clean looking when I don't have to drive it.
My dad decided to look into the rear wiper not working. When I turn on the switch, the solenoid in the rear window clicks, but no wiper go. No fluid comes out if I turn it that way either.
He took the plastic all off and pulled the motor out. He got it all apart, but found nothing significant wrong. He thought some of the grease by the cam/gearing might have been hard and causing the cam to be stuck. But he freed it (now the motor shaft can spin), but it still won't work with 12V direct to the battery or back plugged in. So it's back in for now, until I can go get the one from the wreck next weekend to fix it. It's not like it's the front wipers, so it's not real critical to have it fixed, nor do I plan to drive it in the rain soon. I'm guessing the motor on this one burned out trying to try turning that cam, or the electronic control module is just bad, but the motor itself didn't look like anything was wrong under the cover.

Archtaan, those seats look great!
I moved mine today from one bay on the garage to the other. I am getting a drop of oil every time at the trans vent. There was all kinds of oil in the pockets and stuff from my o-ring adventure last year that I never cleaned out. I sucked up as much as I could with a shop vac and a 3/8" metal tube. Everything I can see, pedestal, turbo, ebpv, hpop fittings and lines, everything is dry. I will have to get under it and poke around.
