i washed mine up and worked on some of the scratches with rubbing compoud. my next step is to remove all the tar, clay bar it, compoud/buff the whole truck and then wax.

I just went threw all this not long ago with my X. I have found that regular gas works great for removing tar off the plastic running boards and lower skirts.

Diesel fuel actually works better because it's less harsh on plastic.
i used to use some great stuff from 3M but i went to buy some yesterday and could not find any! kinda pissed me off. so i'm gonna stop by a autobody store today and get some.
