Bidding closes tomorrow night and it's only at 10k - more than I could ever get up here but seems like for US prices someone is getting a good deal.

cheers,

Nate

well its 3.5" i measured today when i took them stock runningboards off, hated to take them off but the thin metal that goes over the thick brackets was rusted to pieces. thank god for them because if they werent there i think that would have been body rust instead! body still rustless.. yeah! dont know what im going to do now though, thinking about making some out of 2x6's for the stock l brackets,

We are planning a trip up around one of those big freshwater lakes in May/June and it looks like we will be spending the first couple of nights on Grand Island. Last July we stayed at Branches of Niagara Campground for a week and that's most likely where we will be again this time, nice CG. I'll let you know when we have the dates locked in, maybe we can admire each other's wagons.

It was, I guess the guy changed his mind. Retracted his bid 4 days after making it due to a "typographical error". Quite a while to change a mistake on a bid if it really was a mistake. Oh well. Funky bidding process when you can retract after 4 days.

Guess I'll have to wash it and make it look presentable - maybe then it will sell.

And now a message from our sponsors. Ok, not a sponsor, just some red fonted power maniac trying to make sure the rules are followed.

.......the site guidelines: Site Guidelines - Ford-Trucks.com

Specifically bullet point number 6 which addresses selling/advertising in the tech forums. This includes links in sigs and thread announcements about selling items and vehicles here in the FTE classifieds as well as off-site like Craigslist and ebay.

The one aspect of being a moderator I don't like doing is using the FTE infraction system to warn people when they are improperly trying to sell extra stuff they have.

Please remember there is no advertising whatsoever allowed in the tech forums. This includes links that lead to stuff that isn't yours, but is a member here or a friend.

Thank you.

My imitation of Sergeant Schultz sucks, so I won't be doing that imitation anymore.

Thanks for understanding.
