What did you do to the X today?
Mocking? Eh, maybe too strong of a word to describe what Twitch meant, but then again, he'd have to say what his intent was. All I know is, for me, I took it as a tongue-in-cheek response, hoping you weren't doing what those memes imply.

I will be able to see when I back up now. Now to get the 08 mirrors. .........
Briefly took the EX out of winter hibernation to put some new hooves on it. I'm being the guinea pig on these because they just came out on the market last fall. The few initial reviews seem positive and I really like Continental tires on my cars. Had Michelin LTX MS2 on there for the last 60K. They performed very well, but I wanted an AT tire to hopefully not get stuck so easily in wet grass with my 2WD rig. LT265/75 16E
Initial impression is they are super quiet, especially on small bumps and tar strips. Seem to ride a bit better, but I think there was more air in the Michelins which isn't a fair comparison. They are a bit squishy, but most brand new tires feel that way until they get a few miles on them. Won't get to drive it for a couple months for a better report. Bought them today because the old tires are going to a new home with my brother.

Well, after having some issues with a pad dragging on my front driver brake, I replaced the pads, greased everything up, reinstalled test drove and it was ok. Then two days later I have a caliper lock up and blow a hard line (the one that goes from the hydroboost set up under the engine over to the passenger side). I know other people who have had to try to stop these monsters with very little brakes and I will definitely say it is good that I have the tow/haul button cause that HELPS in these cases. No bumps, no bruises, and no close calls so I guess all is well. Stopping by a local ford dealer tonight on my way home since they can get the lines, I'm just gonna order all three hard lines and replace at once. So by Saturday I'll have new calipers and brackets, new pads (again), I grabbed new rotors but not sure I'm going to use them yet and new hard lines. Gotta love the salt belt...
I'm assuming the new tires are E rated? have you tried increasing the air pressure and see if they are less squishy? It might just be tread squirm. Incidentally, I've always had to maintain the same pressure delta as the sticker indicates.

If they put 50/55 in them in the shop and if the shop was 70F and outside temps are 40 F, you lose about 1 psi for every 10 F colder, so 3 psi in this case. 1 psi = 10 F up or down.
I said just drive it, it's fine and I'll air them up tonight lol
Saying we could see -25F tonight.
