Thankfully I have had to do very little to the truck lately. To put it in perspective I had 168 hours on my last paycheck, glad nothing needed done in that time I would have had to pay someone to do it for me. I slapped some new wipers on mid-week but over the last 2 moths I rolled from 199999 to 200000 on the way to work one day. Now almost time for another oil change at 205 (been driving a lot lately). I have got pics of the mileage someplace, I'll see what I can do about posting them up. Hopefully I can get some time off and wash this big ol' beast soon, she sure is dirty!!

Couldn't tell you about the Ex hatch/ doors. You will need more than 50 ft though as this just covered my crew cab doors.

She is a excellent helper, does like to pose. Currently in training.

White letters cost extra on some tires now.

Lots of wheel space with the motor out

Empty engine bay

The photos are kind of in reverse order... The engine is currently out for resealing of the timing cover

Second time around doing the timing cover.. The stock replacement gasket wasn't enough... Got some international brand RTV sealant recommended for the 7.3 application.. I WILL NOT be doing this a third time<br/>

Not bad for 325000 miles

My garage riddled with parts :-)

Mark, you're making me feel like i've left mine dirty way to long. The Ex is looking fantastic!

I spent the day out in the Valley. First Car Show of the year that we've been to. Beautiful day!! bout 60F and sunny, could not ask for better. I ended up getting sun burnt but it was worth it. We should have the '69 Cougar out of the shop this week, then its going to the bodyshop for paint. It's been nearly 20 years since we've really driven that car. My Grandpa and i used to take it to shows when i was a kid, our goal is to get all 4 old cars to the last show of the summer in August.

Spent the rest of the day at a pig roast...great Saturday!

I took the pictures in a church parking lot and left the engine on, I moved the truck three times to take advantage of the light.

I know it seems "wrong" but if you move the small wheels on the picker to the rear it is much easier to get the pin in the legs when you let them down. I have had mine this way ever since new and it works great. Not sure if it is actually the right way or not. I use the poop out of my picker too!

Looks AWESOME. Remove the pinstripes?

Thanks, Jeremy.

I have had them on since August (eight months) no complaints. I had them painted by a pro, I am leaving the stripe (Russ tried to talk me into removing).

Toreador Red is a three step paint process on something as large as your wheel wells I didn't think a rattle can would cover it.

I've gone the other way, and put big wheels on the front and back of mine to make it easier to move in the gravel dirt, and added a tube to use it in the back of the hitch, should have used solid stock, but it gets the job done. I don't think it really matters if the little wheels are in the back, most iif not all the wt is on the fronts when in use anyways.

Looking for references on a Stainless Steel 4" exhaust turbo back W/ muffler under $400 that till fit my 2005 Excursion reason I'm asking is I mostly find F250 configurations.
Question: what if any is different in the 2005 Ford Excursion to a 2005 F250 if that was the option shown. - I also need Cat delete length of pipe as my cat is gone due to it was rattling real bad.

Also looking for 4" rear block to replace the stock 2.5" - referenced please

I don't think you will find anything under $400 for SS. SS is expensive but there are other options. Look on riffraff's website, he sells a couple different kinds of exhaust systems for the Ex.

You can get the 4" blocks from the dealer for $40 each.
