Replace the alternator and now no more battery light, refinished the headlamps and a couple weeks ago replaced the dog ear mirrors with towing mirrors (thanks Apoc)
Front rotors warped but pads were fine (had them turned and put back on). Rear driver side inboard brake pad lost all of the material - outside was about 25% remaining, passenger side rear both pads about 25% remaining.
New rear rotors, ceramic pads, front rotors turned, wallet a bit lighter.
Finished up pressing in four XRF ball joints and all necessary seals. Ordered factory steering stabilizer mounting bracket, so that my shiny new Bilstein stabilizer will fit. Part wont be in till Monday morning... grr!
Finally figured out a way to remove the stupid Pro Comp logo caps from the covers Cleaned them up and finished putting the decals I bought like 2 months ago on! WOOT!!!!! Truck looks much better, pics of it once the sun comes up
Welcome to the site. Nothing wrong with the v10, its an awesome motor.
Yea but I like diesel. And projects
Got all the adhesive off the side of the truck and painted the lower bumper trim today. Plus wiped off years of brake dust from the wheels. Interior is next to get cleaned up. It is gross
This is my old dodge which will be donating its drivetrain to the cause. A shame it doesn't fit my needs anymore as I do like it a lot. I had been looking for this generation dodge crew cab to swap everything over to but those things are impossible to find around here (without either costing a lot or being rusted out).
Have not done much to the x but put in gas and drive! Clicked over 220k last weekend! Would really like to re-do first two rows of seats as the leather is getting pretty cracked.
The temperture has dropped here over the past few days. I decided to check my tires they all were running about 15lbs low. Other than that, I got nothing.
Took the front wheels back off and gave it my best effort to find anything wrong with my brakes that would explain the pulling right - mechanically the brakes are perfect. Lubed up the slide pins - just because though. We will see what tomorrow brings.

Maybe just something on the pads, next time try switching them.
I drove it across the northern part of Ohio for work, I'll be driving the opposite direction back home tomorrow before heading down to PA for work on Tuesday. Getting about 18.5 mpg right now so that's pretty nice.
