2010 F250 5.4L

What kind of fuel mileage are you getting with the f250 5.4L's? Anything better than 15? Anyone putting programmers in to help out?

Is this city, highway, or combined?

Here's some data: Browse All Fords | Fuelly (the 250s start 1/2 way down the page)

Getting a tuner for mileage is not a good thing. These are performance enhancers first and foremost. You might see mileage gains and you might not, you might even lose mileage depending on how you handle that new found power. Get it for performance and you'll be much happier.

Tex - I agree 100%, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the MPG increase THAT MAY (let me stress MAY) be attributable to my Edge CTS.

Prior to the install my average was around 17.4. With the same driving mix (and slightly cooler weather), I've averaged 19.32 (but only 896 miles with it installed).

It's WAY TOO EARLY for me to say "The Edge has improved my MPG", but I'm tracking it very closely...

The best hwy milage I've gotten with my '06 F250 5.4 hooked to a 6spd manual trans is very close to 16 mpg. But, I was driving at 65-70 so I've been wanting to do a trip to Anchorage and drive 55-60 to see how good I can get.
