Do you happen to a part number for the Retainer Ring?

Maine52f1 - The float bowl from the single barrel carb used on MOPAR slant sixes is a direct swap (Holley #1920?). Some Internationals use the same carb (#1904) as the Ford sixes and they did not have the glass bowl from the factory.
Three warnings reguarding used / rebuilt 1904's:
- chipped and/or cracked bowls can be VERY hard to see, especially in low quality pictures (ie: most cell phones). If you're buying a 1904 just for the bowl and retainers look very carefully at the edge of the bowl or ask to see it with the bowl removed.
- the metal that carbs are made from is somewhat soft. Over time the screw mounting points for the bowl will "stretch". If the retainer clips are touching the face of the carb you could have sealing problems and might have to surface the face back to flat. In a pinch you can use two bowl gaskets, but this is a "band-aid" fix.
- the economizer valve poppet (under the three-eared cover on the top of the carb) can be stuck or even missing on used, or even rebuilt carbs. Looking in the bowl, the poppet is in the top of the arm that sticks out to the right on the main well. There should be a small brass piece sticking out the top of the arm. It should move up & down with gentle pressure. If it's missing the carb will flood constantly. If yours is missing or stuck you need another main well or need yours repaired. There is only ONE GUY who does this repair. He started doing this on International Scouts with the 1904. I'll post his contact info later.
