Tonneau Handle Conversion?

I bought a nice used fiberglass Tanneau cover for my truck a few months back. Only thing is it has a push button release and I hate it. Can I get a turn handle lever for it to replace the push button sytle? If so, where do I find these. My searches so far have not been sucessful.

Check McMaster-Carr and do a search for "cam lock". There will be few pages of results and look for the right one.
