Help Compile a No Start List
I can go back and edit this post after we get a list.
But lets get a no start list together for a No Start thread sticky. Dave will sticky it for us, cause... we already see he's helpin in that area already.
I figure this will be helpful with all the no start threads that we get in here.
So. I'm thinking a list of info to have about your problem and things to check.
I'll just edit this post after we get so far in, or I'll have dave clean the thread up to a listed post if I cannot edit it any longer. I'm not sure of my edit time yet.
That, or I can just start a new thread with all the compiled info..
Low Oil
CPS - Is your Tach Moving?
Low Batteries.
Weak, or bad starter
Stuck IPR
Fuse #22 Blown - Do you still have fuel bowl heater hooked up?
Hpop Bleed Down - Check Hpop level before starting
Bad GPR, or glow plugs.
Water in Fuel
Diesel Algae
Water in the IDM
Clogged Fuel Lines
FPR Screen
Fuel Filter
Bad UVCH Wiring
Cracked pickup tube
Bad bushings on Clutch box, Clutch saftey switch not engaging
Gear shift on automatic is no in park or neutral
Chip/tuner has come loose
Loose Alternator wires
Bad battery/ground straps
Bad fuel selector
Fuel pickup tube plugged in tank
Missing banjo washers
Rotted fuel lines in valley
It seems that some of these need explanations. I tried to provide some, but I think some of them need more.
