Looking for a WORKING electric wiper motor for a 57 Ford pickup. I'm guessing 57-60 are the same.

i'm gittin a windshield out of a "60" 4x4 this week, i'll see if the motor is still in it and if so hav'em test it.

Oddly enough and much to my dismay, (I don't like electrical) I got mine to work. Took my old off, tore it apart, cleaned it up, and now it works! At least my bench test shows it works. It may not after I reinstall

I may have a spare for a 57. If needed.

 

Remember you will need the arms{ under the dash} for the electrics. the vacums are not the same.And the firewall may need to be opened up a little to let the motor shaft make a full rotation with out binding. Just made this upgrade on the 59.

 

i got the wiper motor off a 1 ton 60 or 61 laying around , but i dont know if it works as it's off the truck my son in law and brothers destroyed as mean lil' teen age turds and left in grandma's pig run for dead ............... was gonna try too use it on bessie but discovered after rereading the stickies up top a much easier bolt in to use ....... let me know and i'll see what we can do to find it and send it . oh and if you do hope yer not in a hurry as i am a lil' preoccupied and bizzy ..................
