While wiggling wires near the light switch it started blowing on and off? I did turn on/off lights several times and after several times of that and wiggling wires it seems to be working now? Not sure which fixed it but you guys led me to at least get nosey.

Thanks!!! What is the control head? Picture?

I just switched to Ford from, well, another brand. Somebody gave me the Excursion to help with the volunteer work I do. I was dismayed when the AC stopped working.

Thanks to this thread, it works now.

What is the control head? Any idea why it is linked to the headlight switch?

I love this truck! 2004 Excursion 6.0L.
