Me or the other Ken?
For me, "Right as Rain". Where did that saying come from? Seems kinda silly. Rain, although a good thing for farming and wells, is kinda a downer for me. Should be "Right as Sunshine", but it doesn't have the same ring.

Hey Ken, hey Steve.....overcast and a little rain up here. I like the cool and no humidity as well. But Fall weather means snow ! Unless it goes through to January .
Have a great day!

It's beautiful and all and don't get me wrong, I love Maine and living up here. I have a lot of family up here. There's just a lot of negatives, that's all. I'm fine with winter.
Winter up here is rough on all our vehicles, I won't drive my rig in the winter, I coat all the underbody's of our winter drivers, I have rental property, so not only do I have to "snow" maintain our home, but the rental property as well, plowing, snow removal, ice, sanding, heating costs go through the roof, etc, etc, etc,. You guys know all the above. It's all good.

I'm just busting, I love the snow, it's my favorite time of the year.
I only commute .2 miles to work so it doesn't affect my traveling in bad weather, we haven't had a real bad winter accumulation wise in years.
The town I live in loves salt, when we have snow the town council has one requirement from the DPW people, they want blacktop showing within 24 hours of any snow. If you lived in town and saw how nice the roads were you'd think it was safe to go out, until you go out of town, then it's a night and day difference.

Never got into snowmobiling. Huge sport up in these neck of the woods. It's tax time and that's a busy time for me, so I don't have the time to do it anyways.
