Project 1979 Pics
This is my 1979 f 150. She is finally in the bodywork/paint stages. I decided to go with Dark blue/light blue combo. So far so good, what do you guys and gals think?

I think it's going to look great. Those two colors really compliment each other. I'm finishing my truck up right now. Hopefully just a few more days.

Nice color combo. Any plans for the inside of the bed?

Hey Smokey, yeah Spray in bedliner for the bed. I decided to go with baby blue instead of the wimbledon white.

Good choice on the liner, one of the best things you can do to protect your truck.

Great color combo! Paint is the last item on my list and will have to wait for a while I'm afraid...
Good luck!

Looks great but I'd be looking for a 4x4 frame to put that pretty new body on.

couldn't agree more. I love the two blues together. Someone else has that old combo, and it looks amazing with nice chrome rims/trim.
Great job so far!

Thanks a lot guys for all the positive comments! I was unsure about the color combo as I believe the original blue was a bit lighter (top, bottom). Not sure if this dark blue was an original color in 79 but the painter told me that he used the code on the door and came up with this dark blue.
