I got a buddy who has a chevy truck with 16" wheels that are 12.5" wide. He has some 33" tsl's that are 13.5" wide on them. He said if i can find some 16" wheels he would sell me his tsl's for $100, so im actively searching. I found some 16" wheels for my truck but they are only 10" wide. Will my buddies tires fit on them? Any downsides to skinnier wheels than his?

 

Also, does anyone know a good chart to see what widths would match up?

 

they will fit. dont know how they will lookor handle though. I had 12.50 on a 10 inch rim. never gave me a problem. dont know if that xtra inch will hurt or not

Well everyone, i got the 33x13.5 tsl's on finally, trimmed the front of the fenders a little bit, gotta trim the back a little bit also. Lemme know what you think about the new look?

 

I like it. When those TSL's wear out, if you decide to go to a metric size, you'll want to get the 305/70-16 (equates to a 33x12.50).....
