Hello All,

Thanks in advance for help. This is my first time posting here. I drive a 1996 Ford F-150 6cyl with 123,357 miles on it. The trouble that I am having with the truck is that I can no longer get the ignition to the fully locked position and take the key out. I can turn the key in the ignition to right before the on position and take the key out. When I take the key out, I can turn the ignition by hand and the truck starts right up. I just tried replacing the ignition lock, but when I replaced it I had the same problem. I put the old ignition switch back in. At this point I have no idea what to do. Has anyone had this problem before? If so what should I do?
