DTC P2196 and P0201

On my 06 FX4 just got the broken plug out of #4 went to drive it and noticed it running rough. WTF! So I drove it til the MIL came on got P2196 and P0201, and now its smoking to add to the stress. Could the smoking be caused by these codes? What should be my step? OK so I can rule out the injector being bad i switched injectors with another cylinder and got the same code, so something to do with the circuit. Anyone know how to check the wiring at the plug end to see what it should have there?

OK the P0201 is the code for the Injector #1 circuit so that could be causing the smoke.

I didn't see anything about a P2196 but a P0196 is for the oil temp sensor and covers the range and performance of it.

I would guess that you have little fuel being added and have burned off some oil.
