It changes week to week. I was only working that late because of svc calls. I think I am training my replacement.
I was supposed to get a raise in April, haven't seen it. Meanwhile I know they have given 2 guys raises, including the guy I'm training. Sucks. Up until April, I would have recommended working here, not anymore.

That blows, hopefully you're not training your replacement.

I would'nt be hating, IF I was making some money. Still making the same amount as when I didn't know anything. Now I'm replacing suppression panels, training electricians and I'm Nicet certified. (One of 1200 people nationwide.)I don't know what to think anymore? Really knocks on my confidence and self-esteem.

I hear ya man. Things are tough all over right now, but agreed you should be compensated for your knowledge.

Sorry for the rant. I guess I had my girlie knickers on for a little bit. Today I will start around noon and work until 1am testing the beaver island ferry. Hopefully its not too muggy on the water!

Been there. She says that she is working on it and that she doesn't have final say in the matter. But its ok to ask her how its coming along.

Yea. Thats the problem with workers now days.

If your training an "edit" they have a better chance of getting a raise or a promotion than we do, no matter how hard you work vs how lazy they are.
