I'll claim summer then. I normally sweat my butt off several times a month in the summer for some dang briskets. The cold beer helps but eatin it makes it all worth it. But tonight we dine on some crawfish and blackened tilapia etouffee

And make sure some of those pics include how to tow it. I've seen pictures of that thing for years, but they're never good enough to determine exactly how it's towed.

I like to cook out all the time, but I'm starting to wonder about you Jesse. What are the temps in Ohio in the winter time? If it get's too cold, why would you want to cook out? But then again, I really hate the cold.

it can get 9 degrees in January and Febuary, plus I wear coveralls lol and I like the cold way better then the heat. Plus who said would cook out? Maybe I want to grill something hmm??? Lol grill it then take it inside to eat Doh!

I have several cookers but not like that one.It can be fabbed up if you have the time.
It is a breach of eticate to smoke meat and not start drinking beer when you light the fire
Ya'll come on down to Texas in Sept to my Annual fish fry/bbq.....you won't be sorry.
