I used the Meguires plastic polish with a pad and my electric drill....rotating SLOW - if real bad, use wet #1500-2000 sandpaper first. Used this on my '97 Lincoln. Might have to retouch about once a year. Looks crystal !

Update: I finally got around to working on the heaqdlights today. I have to admit I went the cheap route. I took a piece of 1500 snadpaper and wetsanded them and then polished them here are the before and after pics.
drill a small hole inside, near the bottom on the right light, it will make the condensation go away, and bulbs will last longer. lights look good. want to do mine? I'll let cha.might burn something on the grill while you work for payment.
