Lifted the Ex and Love it !

I've been swamped at work and havent had a chance to post earlier , but I got the truck lifted last week and totally love the new look and ride !

Decided to pick up Pro Comp Front and Rear Springs, Procomp Shocks, and kept the stock rear block to add a little bit more of a rake ( looks more like a HD 3500 dodge or F350 ). Then put on a set of Kelly Safari TSR 315/75/16's. So far driven it about 350 miles from 0-75 mph and no vib issues at any speed.

I did the lift with a buddy at another friends shop after hours and took about 2 and half hours up front and another 3 in the rear - luckily we had a lot of power tools at our disposal

The change in handling is amazing... especially since i'm not hitting the bump stops and rattling the entire frame and cab. by the way

Now for the pics:

Here's one from further

Looks awesome. Black is definitely the best color for the Ex. The lift and tire size are perfect. Glad the lift worked out for you with no vibrations.

Thanks - After seeing your lift - I decided that was the way to go -- I couldn't have done it without all your help as well everytime I would email you, as well as YellowSleds initial post on his Procomp spring swap

The lift is the 4" spring lift up front and 22415 springs in the rear.

I'll snap some more pics later today if the wifes honeydo list is done on time ...

I also agree with everyone else - that lift looks perfect - how the Excursion should have came from the factory.

Can you list the part numbers, pricing, and where you got everything from? Would these parts raise a diesel the same?

That has got to be one of the nicest X's I've ever seen. Nice job. So those tires are like 38's? So overall, how much higher is it over stock, looks like quita a bit. This pic looks like a toy truck now when you compare them.

Can you measure from center of front hub straight up to the fender lip? I'm trying to judge how much more I need to go up to fit those same tires, 315/75-16.
