Master Cylinder Swap with Chevy

Master Cylinder Swap with Chevy
I went to a car show yesterday and saw a 1976 F250 with a chromed master cylinder and power break booster. I've been looking for a chrome one for my 1977 F150 and I can't find one that is manufactured. I asked the guy how he got his and he said he installed a chevy one. Without going to a chrome shop, is it possible to install a chevy MC and PBB and not cause any problems or are there any mods that need to be done to make it work properly?

I've never driven a chevy that had great breaks, but it should be a pretty simple swap.
they aren't cheap, SSBC :: SSBC Performance Brake Systems but they even have billet. I had to search booster on their page.
