How commited are you? You can always get F450 hubs and front wheels. BTW, did you get the 450/550 flares? I love those and want them for my 350. Can I ask how much you paid for them?

You should already have a set of adapters that act as front spacers on your truck, probably something like the 8 on 170mm to 8 on 200mm spacers 05+ trucks use, but I don't know your exact bolt pattern. I read that 2003 F550s have a 10 on 225mm but you said it's got 8 lugs and I can't see it, so I'll believe you.

The main reason you can't find anything it because running spacers on a truck that probably tops 10,000# is a pretty bad idea for a lot of reasons. The second reason you can't find anything is because getting spacers that are made of steel with the correct bolt pattern is going to be expensive, custom job, because there's probably not a huge market for wheel spacers for 99-04 Ford F4550/550s.

Wheel spacers on a heavy truck can cause a bad wobble in the front end, and will cause the front suspension components to wear out faster. The heavier the truck, the faster the ball joints and bearings fail. Think of it like holding a 50# dumbbell in each hand, lift them up and hold them right over your shoulders and it's no big deal, but try extending your arms and holding them parallel to the floor. Unless you're Arnold circa 1980 you'll notice a difference. Same thing with the truck, but instead of 50# over a foot and a half it's 2500# over 2".

Give these people a call, they may be able to make a custom set of wheel adapters for you.

http://adaptitusa.com/index.aspx

OR

Insted of wheel spacers, if you cant find them, look at a different type/style of rims that will space the tire out more, Just my 2 cents worth
