6.2 cost $3000

According to Popular Mechanics August 2010 the 6.2 is a $3000 option over the standard 5.4 in the Raptor, so will probably be the same for F150 over whatever the base engine is in the new 2011 F150 (supposed to be the V6 out of the Mustang from what I hear)

I could stand corrected but I believe the 6.2 in the Raptor is not the stock engine as is in the current F250. Different cams and headers. This ups the stock HP & TQ. This would justify (somewhat) the $3000 add'l cost.

I'm sure when they do put the 6.2 in the 150 it will be the same engine in the 250/350.
