Are there any aftermarket cylinder heads for the 5.4?

My 2000 Expy is in need of new cylinder heads and the replacement parts are on National Backorder from Ford with an expected delivery time of 6-10 weeks.

Any suggestions?

 

You could check ebay I saw some the other day. There is someone that makes them I do not remeber who Iwill post it when I remember.
