Sad day for Bigfoot fans

Ever since I was a little kid, I can remember watching Bigfoot. I remember when Bob Chandler created the original. It's just not going to be the same as a Chevy.

Money is money.
Bob is just doing what he has to to keep going.
Chevy (GM) has plenty of my money.
I suppose they are entitled to do what they want with it.

Why did Ford drop its sponsorship of Bigfoot?

Truth be known, we have no idea what's going on between Ford and Bigfoot Inc.They clearly wanted more money than Ford was willing to give. I'm a little disappointed in Ford to say the least. I can't blame Bigfoot Inc, after all, it's business.

In addition to owner loyalty, it's this type of brand recognition that sells trucks. I hope Ford didn't kick the door wide open for the bowtie.

I don't think the 10 year olds in the bleachers are going to care much either way...

Bigfoot will always be a Ford to me. At least it's not a dodge.

I agree with you Scott. But to us older Ford enthusiasts, Bigfoot is as iconic as a John Deere tractor.

There are other Ford acts on the monster truck circuit that are very successful and show our colors proudly. But this is like a needle in the eye.

Honestly, I would rather have seen Bigfoot wear Toyota skin than a GM. I despise GM that much.

Businesses have to do what they have to. It sounds like purely a business decision. Most people aren't really brand loyal any more. We own a Chevy, Jeep & Ford. It appears if I want to watch Big Foot then I'll have to watch it as a Chevy. Oh well, life will go on. The truth is it has no affect on my life so I'll worry about the stuff I have control of, which is very little.

If you bought a Ford because Bigfoot was a "Ford", I've got some gulf state beachfront you'd be interested in as well....

Is there a single stock Ford (or now GM) part in the whole thing?

Senseless BS imo anyway. Makes NASCAR look cerebral.
