Replaced IACV and all is well

Just had my local shop change my idle air control valve and PCV for $130.36 using OEM parts labor included.

Stopped the foghorn sound at idle.

Did you ever figure out where the IAC is? I have the same engine with the same throttle body. There appears to be no IAC

I have a 2010 F150 5.4L. The idle is low 500 to stall. I don't have a IAC so what is causing the low idle. No error codes. I changed the plugs...
