I'm helping out the father in law with his new toy. It's a 69 F-250 with a 360 and 3 on the tree. The truck has been sitting for a while and the stock carb is junk. What do you guys recommend as a replacement to the old stock 2 barrel? I was thinking something along the lines of a Holley 350 (7448) or 500 (4412). first off, will I need an adapter plate for the intake? I used a Holley 500 on my racecar a few years ago and had to get a plate to get it to bolt to the stock intake on the chevy 350. Thanks in advance.
