need a dana 70 rear axle

I am looking for a dana 70 rear with 3.54 gears, from a narrow frame truck. A dually rear from the early 80's is preffered, but one from the 70's will also work and I can just swap the hubs. I have several with 3.73 and 4.10 gears, the 3.54 gears are very hard to find. it is going under a 75 f-250 4x4, would prefer close to northeastern maryland. thanks for any help.

You won't find a narrow rear frame rail truck after 1979, and only a few 1973/79's have the narrow (33 1/2") rear frame rails, which are:

1973/77 F250 4WD (High Boy's) / 1973/76 F350 Super Camper Special / 1973/79 Regular Cab Trailer Special / 1977/79 F350 Regular Cab Camper Special. All these F350's came with Dana 70's as did 1967/72's.

All other 1973/79's have 37 1/2" rear frame rails. I don't recall what the rear frame rail width after 1979 is, but it's not 33 1/2"

The cab and chassis dual rear wheel trucks have the narrow rear frame after 79. I have an 84 f-350 dually dump that has the narrow rear frame and skinny leaf springs. It all bolted straight up to my 75 f-250 4x4 leaf springs and axle. It's just hard to find a dana 70 with 3.54 gears.
