Frame ID

Number on it is *FIR2KC---2578I* . Pretty sure not an F100 frame, but what?

It is an f1 frame indicated by F1 and it had a flathead V8 indicated by "R" and it was a 52 indicated by "2" and it was built in Kansas City because of "KC"

Picture of the frame ? Visual inspection would help if the body is not on it.

Absolutely correct: 1952 F1 originally with a 239 V8.

Thanks all. He was given the frame thinking it was an F100. If anyone in the Tulsa area needs an F1 frame, I know where there is one. lol

Alot of folks call F1s F-100s mistakingly. As a matter of fact, the administrators here didn't even make an F1 catagory when they made the pulldown table for building the garages here.
