not cheap but Ford F-Series Lund SunVisor Deflector by Lund

lund got bought out by Keystone and they decided to stop making the visors, so you need to find one in a wharehouse somewhere

I would jump on this one they are selling for a lot more than this an being this old they are hard to find.
