houlis is starting off with a positive reputation.
How do I clean terry polishing bonnets??

I have a dozen or so terrycloth polishing bonnets that have a good amount of wax on them and was wondering how to clean them for re-use. Is there something I should soak them in before tossing them in the wash machine? I don't want to gunk up the washer and catch grief from the wife. Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks. Brian

Aftrmidnite is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
I take them to Laundry Mat that has a machine set aside for extra dirty stuff and/or dying

Mothers says that fabric softener is not good, but I throw all my stuff in the laundry. If you do put them in with your clothes, your clothes will smell a bit like like your waxes. Which is nice if you certain products.
