where is the idm located at

What problem are you having? Before you do anything set it in the sun with the vent covering facing upward to dry it out, esp if you blasted it wth a pressure hose.

 

It's not my truck its a guy who let's us use his lift, tools, and heated shop when our trucks need something. He came to the farm and asked if i knew where the idm was I showed him what I thought was it and it turned out to be the right thing bc i found the sticker on it so i was right but i guess the problem he is having with this truck is it barely runs and he has codes that are 1292idm and up I think is what he told me if I remember correctly and ideas
