Southern or Northen Ca Chapter?

I live in Pixley Ca. It approximately 45 miles north of Bakersfield and 60 miles south of Fresno. Is this no mans land.

I live in Fresno, and I signed up for both. However, I usually post more in the Nor Cal chapter.
