Where to install a Autometer trans temp sensor in a E4OD?

I just got a new autometer ultra light and i'm not sure where to put ithe sensor. Hook it inline with the oil going into the radiator? after the oil cooler? or does the E4oD have a location for the installation of the sensor? i would think that the line going to the radiator would be the hottest temp i would see?

What Lew suggests works great but you can also put it in the pressure tap (pipe plug blocking hole) drivers side forward of the MLPS, just above the pan line.

Myself I put mine up behind the grill, supply side to cooler. Plow truck and didn't want ice/snow damaging the sending unit, I tend to drive through/over heavy snow while in the process of plowing.

Buy a B&M oil pan like this, it has a port for a sensor. (right side in picture).
It will also make filter and oil changes cleaner.

I have not installed my gauge yet, but I will have a write up in my Bronco build thread.
