A friend dropped by this evening. He was driving a new BMW X6 M. It looks like a crossover vehicle, kinda tall, but on closer inspection it's more like some kind of strange supercar. It has MASSIVE brakes, 550 hp and 540 ft lbs torque. It's all wheel drive with huge wide low profile tires. I was thinking it was more than just interesting, but I lost interest when I found out it cost $175,000.
He said he could get me a deal on one, so I told him a deal would be to trade me his car for my 08 F150 Lariat super crew. He said no............. I said that's no deal.
for that kinda money they can keep it !!!!!!! i like the german and european supercars etc. but the money involved is ridiculous !!!!!!!! i can buy a used mustang gt or cobra , modify one to run with them , and have money left over to live off of for that price , and not look like every other attention hungry well to do with no idea of practicallity or common sense ........................................

You wouldn't need a Cobra or modified GT. A 2003 Harley Davidson F-150 with a factory Supercharged 5.4L will run with it all day long.
I think you guys are under estimating the Harley truck. The point being, for the price you can have just as much fun and still drive a Ford. It would however be a sad day for BMW if $75K-$113K vehicle didn't produce the intended amount of excitement.
