True factory Helm manual 08 F250 diesel - where to buy
I want a true factory manual for my truck. I want to fix the simple things since I have a programmer installed. Helm Inc. says the manual is out of stock. Is there an electronix CD service manual? Also what is the ford factory equivilant of the GM Tech2 . This is my first Ford.
Thanks!

If you want to get them from Helm and pay full price, go to Service Manuals, Owner Manuals, Wiring Diagrams, Service Bulletins - Helm Incorporated.

There is a workshop manual at http://www.motorcraftservice.com
This is about as detailed as it gets, and is comparable to the Helm manual for my 1977 C-10
It is subscription based, but you can save the pdf files forever. Anytime I have a large project, I subscribe and download anything relevant to the project at hand and any project that might come up later.
I've also downloaded a few of the more common maintenance issues that will come up after the 60k mark like u-joints, axle service, and the like...
This is what helped me tremendously when installing cab lights, the radio, the brake controller, fog lights, and the rear speakers. It will also help me replace my steering wheel soon when I add cruise control, and pieces of it will be useful when switching over to a 4x4. In my opinion, it is the best one out there.
